Angie & Patrick
It’s no secret that Valley Forge Park is one of my favorite places to visit on a spring day. One can’t help but be awestruck by the view looking out over the valley from Washington Memorial Chapel alongside route 23 – it’s simply stunning. My clients, Angie and Patrick, also have an appreciation for the tranquil beauty of Valley Forge, which is why they chose it as the backdrop for their engagement photos. The shooting conditions were perfect – a little bit overcast and calm winds. I have shot portraits here many times, and while the scenery usually takes center stage, on this particular day it was not the scenery but Angie’s lovely green dress that stole the show.
Zach & Willie
Last weekend, our friend Louisa asked me to stop by to photograph her two adorable sons. Willie, 22 months, was a total ham and couldn’t have been more welcoming to me. He greeted me with a proper handshake at the door and then proceeded to show me every toy in his toy box, including a really sweet Big Wheels. I was thoroughly impressed. Zach, 4 months, was a bit more reserved than his older brother, but still just as cute and happy. I had so much fun working with these two little guys.
